The management at best is confusing and at worst a nightmare. They rip you down and never bring you back up. Make you feel like you should have control over every consultant, but we all know that is not possible. They make you work on jobs with low spreads, and then berate you for filling such a low spread. The recruiters are always to blame for everything all the time. If you ever do something good, it's never good enough and praised in a back handed compliment if at all. Management is never clear with direction and it is typical to feel like you have 5 different bosses. The account managers are sloppy.

This is the most micro-managed company that I have ever work for or known about. My manager at the time was not only a micro-manager but he was unprofessional and bad person. Open Systems works their people to death and their office at the time was a dump. When I left the company they still owed my $2000 worth of commissions. I tried working with the employees at Corporate and was treated terribly when I could get them on the phone and then was often ignored and given the run around. I never got the money they owed me.
