Very neat company and great opportunity for entry level tech experience. Benefits are very good and facility is nice.

Cons

They pay very low and have unreasonably high expectations of employees. Employees are micromanaged and tracked closely.

I've been at OpenEye for more than 9 years. OpenEye has been amazing in many ways, and has helped me to grow in my role and in my career. They value their employees and have extremely low turnover, create amazing and unique solutions, and put a lot of effort into making their core values a reality versus just listing words on paper. Highly recommended.

Cons

No full-time wfh opportunities. No major concerns.
