good internal local politics and competitive environment.

pay is trash, they used to give bonuses on birthdays and no longer do. after a new company took over they family vibe went out the window.

My coworkers were very nice.

Micromanagement. Low pay. Not enough techs so customers usually had to wait 45 minutes on hold, so you are constantly apologizing to grumpy people all day.
