Work environment is pretty casual. They are understanding when it comes to work schedules and are willing to work with you, as long as you work with them. Snacks and BBQs in the summer are great on Fridays. Always open to hearing ideas on how to improve. Executive team are all approachable and easy to talk to.

Cons

Communication with day to day things and training methods are always an area of opportunity, both between and within individual departments.
