Everyone I have worked with here is genuinely a good human being and easy to get along with. I hate when people say it is like a family but I can't imagine working with a better group of people. You get to travel and experience new places but can also work remotely. The expectations are completely reasonable. Work life balance is good. Goals are achievable and there are growth opportunities in all departments. Management is down to earth and is great about getting the correct resources needed as well as offering guidance & support when there is doubt about the correct course of action. I have worked for plenty of employers where it feels like you're alone on an island when you need help and this is the complete polar opposite. This is simply a company you will be compensated well and feel like a valued member of your team, not just a number in some HR file. If I were a millionaire, I would be retired in the Bahamas as my dream job but in the interim I am happy to remain here for the rest of my career.
