      Decent benefits. 10% 401k match (4 year vesting)

      Cons

      Low pay compared to other companies in the industry. Not much room for career advancement. Product features are a year or two behind the rest of the industry.

      Pay and benefits for technical employees is good. Culture and workplace environment are friendly and cooperative. Flexible work from home options (up to 6 days a month) are available for non-remote employees.

      Pros

      Enjoyable culture. Employee- driven. I feel as though I have been afforded opportunities at OpenEye that I would not have had at other companies. They embrace creativity and see their sales team as individuals. I have been given the autonomy to make decisions that have benefitted our customer base. I feel as though our VP of Sales and CEO value me.

      Cons

      The company is growing quickly, so there is always a lot of change.
