Great mission and product, often fails to develop, promote and retain great people.

Pros

The mission has great potential for social impact. The people care about the mission and work hard towards goals together. Great work perks (akin to many Bay Area tech companies).

Cons

Leadership misses opportunities to coach and develop their employees, which has led to high turn-over and low morale at times. Also, major lack of diversity and true work towards hiring and retaining diverse employees, with diverse perspectives.

Don't Join, It's Not Worth It!

Pros

- The technology is great and solves problems sorely needed in the public sector - Overall, smart, dedicated employees - Headquarters building and free lunches are cool

Cons

-Leadership leaves a lot to be desired, particularly sales leadership. -A non-trusting work environment. Micro-manages you to death. -Politics, not performance, plays a big part in deciding who is viewed favorably. -High turnover. Can't hire and keep AEs due to the poor sales management.

So much potential!

Pros

Growth opportunity, product with potential to make meaningful change in the world, constantly making changes to improve our working environment/culture (better benefits, comp, perks, etc), rapid growth in a space that isn't saturated so I truly believe we will soon be a household name in the government realm, investors who are dedicated to our success.

Cons

Leadership team can be out of touch and difficult to work with at times.
