Pros

People are genuine and passionate about our product. Our CEO tries to be intentional about knowing all workers and pumps the company up about the positive direction of our company. Free lunches everyday with a stocked kitchen is always a plus

Cons

There's definitely some start up pains with constant change due to fast growth. The on boarding was rough because there's alot of learn by trail and error. However, I do know OpenGov is doing active measures to streamline the onboarding process

Parking situation was a challenge but there was a new lot opened so life is getting better :)
