Senior management has no idea what they are doing.

Pros

The people. Everyone I worked directly with who was not in senior management were wonderful to work with.

Cons

Senior management can't make solid decision. They even admitted to making mistakes with product road mapping. But rather than taking corrective action they continue to travel down the wrong road.

Good benefits, rest is all bad if you are in AA team

Pros

Benefits, vacations, Work-life ratio, HR is great, people are pretty easy going/laid back

Cons

In the advanced advertising group, its a mess - projects are badly managed and there is no accountability by product management or any management! No trust on engineering team higher management didn't seem to get along well with each other!
