Pros

From the recruitment team to my manager team mates through to the people I've met during our office lunches, I've been made to feel incredibly welcome during my first two months at OpenTable.

Cons

Due to the size of OT, there are a lot of people you come across as well as departments and thus processes. It can seem a little overwhelming trying to get to trips with it.

Pros

I joined a high-performing group of marketers on the restaurant team. They have clear sight into the data and are quick to optimize (how refreshing). They are open and willing to try new things. The team has been very welcoming and has given me lots of room to learn and grow as I ramp up.

Cons

The workforce is dispersed across location and timezones. So far my operating hours have been respected.
