Pros

Despite being a mostly remote workplace, the company culture is far and beyond what I’ve experienced anywhere else! It is also a high priority for the company, with a win as one outlook and culture fit highly regarded when employing new staters.

Cons

Work hours can be all over the place, being a global company. But it’s a balancing act and you manage your own time. A small con.

A recruiter contacted me some months ago, then started hiring process without any expectation (since i didn't check reputation or qualifications from friends or coworkers ) but i thanks god this place is really cool ! good environment , a lot of communication across team members very agile way to work and using last tendencies in technology and approaches . I m happy to be part of this family and expect to stay here very long time.
