Very poor leadership since changes in early 2022

There are a lot of very smart people in the company.

Cons

In Q2 and Q3 2022 there were quite a few changes in leadership. The CTO left, followed by the head of diner product and others. The people who have since been promoted are not up to the job. They have a very abrasive communication style, fail to communicate their vision, and (maybe most importantly) don't have a firm grasp on the metrics.

culture of company, training material & resources available, the office is fantastic! hybrid working model, flexibility.

Cons

No basic industry training available before product training. Having context supports greater understanding and learning. The expectation of meeting the demands of the training schedule without the right tools and industry knowledge has been overwhelming.
