Pros

The people who work for OpenTable are awesome. The company culture is really fun. Things are ever-changing so you never get bored.

Cons

While the company culture is fun, it's pretty wild and can be overwhelming or intimidating for some. They pick new "company initiatives" like they're picking socks in the morning and then drop them as soon as something else comes up. This makes it difficult to feel accomplished when you can't finish what you started.
