      Pros

      The management I was in contact with was very supportive. They understood work/life balance. They were also excellent providing training and supported our interests.

      Cons

      I really can't think of any cons with the exception of returning back to the office since I was hired as 100% remote.

      Pros

      I am an acquired employee that arrived at OpenText via merger! I am delighted to be here and I’m genuinely grateful! We are quite a large and diverse community! There ARE growth opportunities here at OT!

      Cons

      As part of a mega-large organization, we are subject to internal auto-generated responses for redundant tasks and requests but it seems it’s not a neglectful system!
