      Pros

      you won't get any hike nor promotion if you are male, females have great and supportive benefits so it's a good choice

      Cons

      No growth as the management is totally bad as the losses are due to firing the good and expert employees in the name of trasitioning. This is just a observation.

      Opentext offers a very good working environment with helpful team mates, who are willing to teach you whenever in doubt. A perfect workspace for freshers to gain a grasp about how the software industry works.

      Cons

      The process of converting from intern to FTE is a bit tough.
