      Excellent Benefits Excellent Salary in fresh grad Excellent Facilities (CR,Meeting Room, generous in tissue) Super Friendly colleagues Alot of room to gain working experience in different criteria as an IT, thou technical exp as a developer is another topic since you are working with EDI and proprietary tools. Means the tool is only used in the company. Alot of extra curricular activities that you can join.

      Cons

      4 quadrant goals is extremely exhausting, because you have to suffice all the goals or else no bonus, no promotion, low or no increase at all. family time, friend time and self time will be significantly decreases since week end work and mandatory overtime is being implemented when needed. that means you have “work work balance”. “Stretch work” is also hip here. Your role is MORE than 1. This means all around in some teams.
