      Pros

      - Stable company - Other pros depends on the team you would end up with.

      Cons

      - low salary (below average of market value) and low salary increases you would barely notice since it does not even get close to the inflation rate. - enforces you to use a tool that is not always helpful. - upper management does not focus on employee retention, their main solution to attrition is to hire new people. - upper management have A LOT of reports that does not mainly focus on helping out it's employees

      Pros

      1. Company outings that is very fun and able for an employee to hang out with other employee 2. Learning EDI

      Cons

      1. employee's progression was basically on the project given to you, if project is BIG client then you are lucky to get promoted else not 2. Promoting work life balance but rampant on work during holidays and weekends. Sometimes they will asked you to get into office earlier to attend meeting at least in my experience 3. Lots of management politics inside 4. Managers / leads keep on changing.
