Business Outlook
Pros
Easy to tell when senior management are lying (their lips are moving). If you don't like the current corporate strategy there will be a new one along in a few minutes (and we'll pretend the old ones never existed) Decent benefits package.
Cons
Miserable atmosphere. Good products being run into the ground. People constantly leaving, some jumping, some being pushed. No idea what the next crazy idea from the ELT will be, but it's never good, and will probably result in a lot of your hard work being thrown away. Zero trustworthy communication, and a response to any questions takes weeks or months because the most trivial of decisions are subject to CEO micro-management.
