Pros

Really none that I saw.

Cons

Unfeeling corporate climate. They will praise your work while getting the knife ready behind your back. Take advantage of any situation to pad their numbers, even if it hurts the hard working staff.

-great co-workers -excellent products -good vacation package -strong support from Human Resources

Cons

-too much political in-fighting prevents major decisions from being made -no direction at the departmental level -compensation not in line with market values -extreme difficulty in procuring resources to complete projects
