As the company grows through acquisition, there will unavoidably be some duplication in roles which may lead to team structure rebalancing to ensure that the appropriate level of skill is attributed to each area of the business. As and when these changes may happen, information is provided to employees as early as possible in line with legal requirements. We try as much as possible to support team members in finding opportunities in other areas of the business, should their areas be impacted by restructuring.

Good leaders are leaving, Bad humans making strong base at leadership levels

Pros

There still are some good leaders at leadership levels, but again they are moving away from the company, if your lucky, you will work with these endangered species in the company.

Cons

Its a sin to grow old at Opentext. There would be tremendous pressure for senior people in the team. Manager will start every sentence with "Being a senior member". Manager with insecurity feeling would not gel well with senior people in the team.
