Pros

- Fixed work hours, don't have to work for long hrs. - Decent salary, good environment for average individuals. - Free Cab service, Insurance, Leave policy are at par. - Products and vision of CEO is good.

Cons

- They have bad developers who do sub-standard coding. - No growth for high performing individuals. You prove your worth, you will be slogged to take all the work. - Rewards and recognition are solely based on favor-ism to whoever the manager likes. - Indian wing runs like a service based organization, lot of cost cutting and mass recruiting which leads to chaos in the long run. - Only years of experience counts as seniority, not the work or the knowledge.
