Pros

Good material for another sitcom

Cons

What’s it like to work for OpenText? Imagine you work for a catering company and they land a really big gig, like the Oscars. There are a lot of talented cooks on the staff. But the company won’t buy any ingredients, they just tell you to go into the storage closet and find whatever 10 year old crap is lying around and make do with that. In other words, the expectations are high and there is talent in the ranks, but you’re not given any resources to be successful. This applies to both their customer-facing stack as well as all the back end systems and infrastructure needed to keep the company running.
