Pros

Work with some of the nicest people ever who are hardworking and collaborative.

Cons

Management positions given to some who have no business managing and are completely unprofessional to say the least. This is an acquisition company, so most work is focused on those efforts.

Upper Management is terrible

Pros

Very good middle-management, especially those absorbed from other, established companies

Cons

The upper management is terrible. The company only grows by buying others, which they do about 3-4 times a year. Whenever they do, they lay off current employees with no regard to how important any individual employee is to a project or team; the manager is just notified that one of their employees is laid off and they have no say in the matter.
