Pros

Salary is very competitive. The company offers 14th and 15th month benefits. There's a great work-life balance. Education reimbursement Employee stocks purchase plan

Cons

Management sucks. Team leads are not experienced enough, many were promoted because they were bootlicking the higher ups. No real career opportunities No retirement plan

Horrible! AVOID!

Pros

Pay is ok - you can ask up to 70k/year +18K annual bonus

Cons

- managers are cold and not present when in time of need - escalations, prioritizations - usually takes a day to get assistance and, after, there is a chance you may be asked to provide explanations as to why you did not respond faster -.- - no proper feedback, no salary increase - almost absent training - no tools - everything is done in excel & word - no process policies, no proper guidelines - colleagues are dismissive and lazy - architects are lazy to fill in their forms and expect you to read their minds - you're expected to do the work without any guidance - work split between teams is ridiculous: US teams handle 2 deals, EMEA between 30 and 100+ deals / head. - HR is absent - or plain lazy, disorganized. If you have issues - God bless if they respond, but will be for nothing as the information will most likely be redundant WARNING: if you join mid month or after - you will not be paid in that month, but the next and none will warn you about it. Overall- ridiculous stupid. Avoid if you want to have a healthy nervous system.
