Mark B (the CEO) preaches a lot of great things and how all employees should be treated with respect, no retaliation for speaking out, specially confidentially to HR etc etc, but unfortunately it is just him who believes it or a very good prepared PR speech. Reality is much harsher and if you speak up to defend yourself, you more often than none will be kindly shown to the door with no choice to change departments, of course they indemnify you ..their preferred method instead of protecting you against bad people's managers, who despite having impeccable professional knowledge do not know how to manage or train their people!
