Pros

There are great teams and team members to work with, but many are leaving so what makes this a good place to work is dwindling.

Cons

Micromanagement at the exec level. The compensation and annual review system is broken. You can perform well for the year and get a high review score, but not receive a raise. Not even anything to combat inflation. The average salaries for many positions is not competitive. This leads to many good employees leaving with years of knowledge with them. Leadership lacks clear direction and expect results while also not providing enough resources to complete projects.

Great environment to work. Lots of support getting started. Management listens.

Cons

Non competitive equity plan. Need to have more employees own the company.
