Pros

WFH (although that is being taken away for the majority of the company. No other pro I can think of.

Cons

- High attrition because they do not care about or value employees. - No plans to back-fill open positions. - Disorganized and overly complicated processes. - The worst benefits and mediocre pay. (1% match on 401k that vests in 4 years, and no merit increases or bonuses for most employees) - 15 days PTO which is…average. - Talk about record highs in revenue each quarter, but its never reflected in benefits or pay.
