Pros

- There are some really nice and talented people working for OT - Working remotely is great - Get to work with large fortune 500 companies - Positive social and culture view. The company has worked to ensure equal pay for women

Cons

- The pay is not great and raises/bonus are pitiful at 1-2% a year - 401k is awful at 1% - There is no job growth - The company is very siloed and has lots of old technologies making it difficult to support our clients needs - We sell products/solutions that we don't understand and cannot support - Retaining talent is a very real problem and the company does not seem to care. People continue to leave because the pay/benefits are lacking and the job growth does not exist.
