Micromanagement Scare tactics Commission not paid after leaving I worked myself off to make the team successful! A global award was given to me, and I was promised my commission for Q4. Guess what. I left half way through next Q and received nothing! 300% of target, best EMEA numbers, one of the best 3 worldwide and I get zero! Avoid, unless you like being micromanaged and being part of the cult of one person who doesn’t care about the employees. I am disappointed to say the least. No way to get promoted unless you have been with them for 18 months and are part of the happy clapping gang
