Pros

Worked with some nice people

Cons

Start looking for your next job immediately… this company is constantly laying folks off to cover for little to no organic growth. Be prepared to do the work of multiple people and be constantly gas-lighted that these other positions are unnecessary - you just need to be “more efficient.” Also, don’t expect anything more than a 1% raise even when you’re working your butt off.

Pros

- Good benefits - Continued learning encouraged and supported - Competitive pay - 401 K - Career planning - Company is well structured - Lots of company resources

Cons

- Unexpected layoffs were common , but this is expected in any corporate environment. - In my role as a software engineer, there was a lot of collaboration with off shore teams. The con for me was having to meet with off shore teammates during outside of general work hours.

Cons

Minimal investment in product development or innovation One-size-fits-all management approach ignores individual business unit needs Recent communications from the CEO suggest that there are plans to replace employees with AI Poor integration of acquisitions - still operates as separate fragmented entities Leadership lacks understanding of the businesses and products they acquired
