Top executives (CEO and head of global field operations) filling positions of senior leadership with cronies from outside the firm. Old boys club at the top.

Remote work environment. Competent colleagues. Travel restrictions. Can't think of any more.

Cons

Sales micro management coming from the top and at all levels. This results in focusing on the wrong things and kills the entrepreneurial spirit. No career growth at all levels, even for top performers. Backstabbing. Ivory tower mentality. No relationship between top senior level executives and middle management / field.
