Pros
Company has lots of cash, so probably won't go out of business.
Cons
Nothing is real. Feels like working for a front company. Most good people have left the company because nobody has any confidence in the executive leadership team. It's chaos at the top and chaos on the street. Very little excitement in the product portfolio and the idea that it's a "Best Place to Work" is a total joke to the employees. Most are disengaged and just happy to collect a paycheque. Has a lot to do with a highly unpredictable control freak at the top. Good people are totally disempowered, compensation is low, targets are unachievable and everyone wastes huge amounts of energy just trying to figure out WTF they are supposed to be doing - which seems to change on a weekly basis. Company has changed its strategic go-to-market messaging 3 times this year! Nobody believes anything management says anymore.
