After the new management team took over I cannot see any pros working for this company, specially in the Brazilian unit.

Cons

Disrespectful management team, lack of transparency, bad treatment of employees. Meetings with employees has been recorded as well as mention to legal firms in a attempt to create a atmosphere of fear and avoid employees to take legal actions.

Everyone I have had the opportunity to work with has been a pleasure. The work environment is one of the best I have experienced. The company outlook is great and it is known from the top down that the employees are the reason for that.

Cons

The is a lot of change and at times, it can be frustrating and bring on feelings of uneasiness. I don't always feel like the opinions of the front line employees are taken into consideration a the top level.
