Beautiful office in La Defense with Excellent salary, quarterly bonus, mutuelle, car, parking, access to manager-only washroom, very generous vacation bonus, restaurant tickets each month, free tickets to sporting events, discounts on hotels, travel, rental car, trips to Las Vegas, New York, Caribbean for SKO. If you are a manager life at OpenText is great. Bonuses targets are always exceeded and payouts are 150%.

Now that I have left it is even more obvious there are no pros other than a handful of former colleagues.

Cons

HR has a blind eye to all the wrong doings that go on in front of them. People promoted purely based on connection. Not on skills. Bullying work style of some managers continues to be rampant and overlooked by VP level and HR. Disappointed to hear this continue but so glad I left!! Toxic environment.
