Pros

Great work and life balance. Great talented people to work with.

Cons

Communication from high level management is hard to map to regular day to day task at low level. No increments or bonus - stuck with initial salary till next promotion ( which could be indefinite ). Average or below average pay and benefits. Employee feedbacks are rarely accepted. Little room for growth.

Pros

Relaxed management style, laid back culture. You can be a few minutes late returning from lunch or break, nobody has a cow. No micromanagement which is usually prevalent in phone jobs.

Cons

Willy nilly training on proprietary product, commodity service, company is shedding revenue at about 30% per annum.
