Pros

Nice place to learn many technologies in the beginning of career. Cool work environment. Pick and drop facility. No work pressure. Balanced life.

Cons

No career growth once you go up. Not much challenging work ( atleast in my project). No way to learn new technologies. No process in the company. No benefits apart from cab facility

Pros

Local management is great to work with and flexible to meet employee work/life balance needs. Almost all of the staff that I have interacted with, across product lines and corporate have been friendly and easy to work with. Health benefits are decent.

Cons

Acquisition process was rough - reduced vacation days (without compensation) when we standardized on the corporate policy. Raise process is virtually non-existent despite reporting record profits quarter after quarter. Company wide emails announce a review and raise procedure for a set deadline, then no further announcements on salary increases even after the deadline passes. Too much growth through acquisition has lead to a silo effect for each product and there are occasional disconnects due to the many different procedures across the company.

OT has become a one CEO show

Pros

Mostly good people, and a few hidden gems. OT is rich of his people. Great skills and personalities but most of the time under-utilized or un-appreciated.

Cons

Pyramidal decision making is biggest challenge. CEO asks all the right questions and has the right strategy, but engages too deep in tactical activities (down to e-mail marketing subject line sometime) resulting in paralysis. Demotivated sales force, clueless marketing, overwhelmed R&D and excessive bureaucracy.
