Pros

Decent Canadian Company who really cares about their employees. They grow through acquisitions and they do a decent job integrating the employees through the acquisitions

Cons

very low pay.... not even close to industry standards

Pros

A somewhat stable, large software firm that allows for a decent work/life balance. Compensation is on the low side of average in the industry. People are mostly talented, but morale is low.

Cons

Senior leadership has created a cloudy corporate culture, emphasizing micro management and CYA paranoia. Staff are not valued as the major asset of the company. The leadership has designed a disjointed strategy focused on revenue growth via acquisition, and not internal growth through excellent products and happy customers. No customers really want to buy our stuff; they have to because we are so sticky in their business process.
