Pros
The work is good and challenging, and lots of adept colleagues. Good Benefits and like the general messaging of the company.
Cons
There is little opportunity for growth and little to no salary increases throughout your career there. You have to fight to get the smallest of increases each performance cycle. Existing employees are overlooked for promotions, they constantly hire from outside because it's easier to keep the same employees doing their same position. Outsiders come in with higher compensation.
