Cons
1. School type of environment. Managers were expecting to come exactly at 8 and leave exactly at 5pm 2. There is a director in the project which I was working on and he thinks that he is the principle and behaving with the people like that 3 Managers are not supportive at all 4. So much of hiring and firing ..there is firing on almost every alternate quarter 5. No hikes at all from last 2 years 6. Food quality is worst
