It's a job

Pros

What I signed on with was great, and I got shiny promises of bonuses I soon learned my managers would never sign off on

Cons

A lot of the people that helped me learn the codebase and social hierarchy have left since I joined. My raises haven't been above the cost of living increase. The safety net feels like a friend group of 40ish-year-olds trying to keep each other employeed

Pros

- Good work/life balance, you control your calendar with flexibility. - You are given the opportunity to learn.

Cons

- Constant Layoffs. Terrible Morale. Poor Culture. - Sales and Presales Management are more negative than positive. - Lack of internal resources. - Unattainable Goals and Targets. - Below market pay, lack of raises and recognition. Leads to top talent leaving.
