Pros

Great company if you just care about your bonus. As a consultant, you can make money if you do have a lot of billable.

Cons

Mananagement even in europe is like offshore management. You are just assigned on tasks. No thanks if you perform well. You are even not told about pre-sales opportunities you might work on. OpenText just killed acquired Vignette technology: Vignette campaign management is gone and wasn't replaced, no usable shopping integration, poor video integration in the CMS. No improvement in CMS workflow. Not even a single portlet to look at your calendar in SAP. The acquired Vignette products are the same they where 5 years ago. They were put in a sarcophagus. Most of our great customer are leaving because of lack of innovation.

Pros

Very competitive salary and benefits. Afforded an opportunity to work on a modern technology stack. Lots of time off. Strong company overall.

Cons

Have to work long hours leading up to major releases. The team feels a bit understaffed at times. They have a penchant for layoffs.

Pros

Amazing people, wonderful colleagues. The team I'm on now is the best team I've ever been part of. The benefits are great, wonderful healthcare, FSA, and they cover your phone.

Cons

Exceedingly difficult to get raises unless you have an offer letter from a competitor. No cost of living increases, they count on you to change jobs if you want an increase, but doing so is not easy.
