Pros

Leadership provides clear direction on goals. There is a lot of development available (you just have to sign up for it). Like any sales organization, there is always a focus on what you are selling for the month, quarter, year…but you have the autonomy to run your business as you see fit in order to get to your numbers- meaning, you can focus on different products/solutions as long as it’s leading to wins!

Cons

If you don’t like the pressure of sales, it can be tough. As per above, the autonomy that is provided can be a downfall if you are not disciplined. Your hand will not be held through training- you have to go out and sign up for it, and work through it like a grown-up.
