Pros

Flexible hours, diverse business units offering some mobility.

Cons

Talk of "work life balance" did not measure up to reality. Talk of fostering ideas from all did not equate to actually using those ideas unless they came top-down. Pay/benefits are average. Innovation not valued. Cost-cutting outweighed keeping valuable employees.
