      OpenText has invested in developing AI capabilities in their products and also dedicates significant resources to business development and marketing.

      Cons

      Leadership has a VERY short-term focus on numbers. Technical support is poor and many customers are leaving. OpenText products are seen as old and outdated in the market. Many long-term customers are fed up with costly support renewals. Sales compensation is among the worst in the industry.
