Pros

Some really good people and some solid technologies, good benefits

Cons

New management is awful Company morphing to CA mentality might be good for stock price but not for employees Sales reps never ever make quota - don't even think about coming here.....you will be sorry as the OTE is horribly misleading

Pros

There are a lot of good people that still work for the company, but unfortunately I don't see any in my reporting structure

Cons

Very poor communication, little consideration for employees, poor management decisions, low pay, decent vision but the day to day isn't attached to reality, micro-managing from on high, constant change/disruption with expectations that the employees will pick up the pieces and work overtime to achieve what is then required with little information but many demands.

The executives are not up to the job

Pros

Many employees are really quite good and you can learn from your peers. While the technology the company has acquired has not kept pace with competitors , because there are so many components it still remains possible to assemble compelling solutions.

Cons

The current CEO, his executive hires and their 2nd level management hires brought in over the past 18 months are surprisingly weak and unprepared to lead. Sadly, the culture has evolved such that all decisions are made by the CEO and his direct reports. The result is that they're making so many trifling decisions that the quality of the important decisions has declined. Put another way, the big, strategic decisions have been consistently poor.
