You are correct that we have a flexible hybrid model and over time, we have seen that while virtual work has undeniable benefits, coming into the office brings about more creativity, innovation, and collaboration. We do remain flexible and there is also a process for colleagues to request becoming remote workers, and accommodations are granted. As the company expands through acquisitions, there will inevitably be some overlap in roles, necessitating adjustments to the team structure to maintain the right skill distribution across various business areas. Whenever such changes occur, we make a concerted effort to inform employees at the earliest possible juncture, adhering to legal obligations.
