Salaries and some benefits initially maintained after acquisition. Management focused projects on core profitable areas and cancelled projects that provided little value.

Cons

Focus of company seems to be on sales not products. No equity offered to most engineers, not sure if managers get equity or not. Lack of product direction for some teams. No motivation to deliver projects.
