E destul de ok platit pe piata si dau si bonuri de masa. Oameni foarte faini, management ok si zile libere in nr decent (no questions asked sau sa fie nevoie de inlocuitor pe perioada concediului).

Cons

Nu exista bonusuri, mariri mici si rare, oportunitati slabute de crestere

Worked on customer issues in RRT (Rapid Response Team). Got the exposure for patch deployments in customer environments. Work-Life balance was good except in some unavoidable circumstances.

Cons

When I joined the company was Microfocus (Product based), after OpenText policies got changed and took time for us to adjust.
