No Organic growth. Company survives on maintenance revenues of acquired products. If you are a part of an acquisition then please know that your job will be eliminated and even if you stay the team will be reduced to bare minimum that can keep it running. I was part of an acquisition and our entire team except for 2 people got laid off. It was a very complex product so there were no signs of knowledge transfer to offshore teams etc.. Just got the boot, So please don't join the company and if you get acquired Run... like all the other reviewers said.
