      Pros

      Don't join this company. Gxs is good company not Opent Text. This year they told we will give yearly hike after 4 month. Like this so many things inside. Outside it looks good inside there is nothing for employee.

      Cons

      Who ever given good review either he is a GXS employee(Gxs company taken by OpenText) or refresher. Don't go with them. They will take your money to bye company. Gxs given 135% bonus, But OpenText taking money from us giving 85%. and saying we are doing more profit then previous year.

      Pros

      1. Good exposure to latest technologies and of course it is in very few projects. 2. keep on acquiring companies and expanding products & business. 3. Variable pay is paid fully if you meet expectations. 4. Interns & freshers get nice pay. 5. Gym reimbursement(upto 12k)

      Cons

      1. works in acquire & fire policy. ACQUIRE new companies and FIRE employees on yearly basis 2. Most of the projects are support projects. you will be busy full day but you don't learn anything new. 3. Management takes decisions and implement overnight. 4. No work from home(Strict Policy). 5. Never get good hike in opentext. Good hike is next to impossible. 6. Cab facility is there only in Hyderbad. 7. Only one food vendor and cafeteria food is not good if not bad. 8. Management doesn't have any control here. your work/project will be decided by Management sitting in US whether you are interested or not.
